Founder & Chairperson of JPR Public School, a pioneer and entrepreneur who believes that education knows no boundaries of growth. With the zeal of a visionary, he has ventured into areas of incipient development and worked tirelessly to enhance the infrastructure of the region and upgrade the socio-economic status of the residents.
A B.Tech graduate with a Master's in Computer Science & Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka, he is a computer professional with several years of experience in reputed IT companies as a senior software engineer.
His passion for teaching led him to drop offers from the largest IT companies to start his own venture, what's today known as JPR Public School. He looks for a better world through students by contributing to the field of education, particularly working for underprivileged children.
Ms. Srisha Balan is a graduate with post-graduation in organic chemistry from Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh. To enhance the quality of education and betterment, she later pursued B.Ed from Bangalore University.
With ten years of teaching experience, she was awarded as the best teacher during the academic year 2014 from ACE Creative Learning, Deeksha College, Bangalore. She believes that teaching with clarity, passion, empathy, and sincere enthusiasm effectively impacts learners, ultimately connecting them to their "Passion" and "Lifelong learning".
She has trained, guided & moulded students who secured ranks in various competitive entrance exams like AIEEE, IIT, and CET etc. She is an excellent counsellor with a methodology to deal with students to make a better future for them.
He started his journey by taking up small jobs and is now a self-made man who runs a reputed company known as JPR construction Pvt. Ltd., where he has provided employment for many. It was because of his hard work, adaptability, and integrity that he has built his own business.
His vision is to bring a change in society by providing quality education. He believes in the quote: "Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence – Colin Powell"
Mr. S.N. Mandal is a graduate (Sec "A" & Sec "B") in Mechanical Engineering from Institution of Engineers (I), and a post-graduate from NIT, Jamshedpur, later pursued MBA from IGNOU. He was the first person from his hometown to become an Engineer and turned out to be the inspiration for many young minds.
With 42 years of experience, he retired as Assistant General Manager from TATA Motors Ltd. in 2011. He has a strong vision & clear goal for his core team with excellent mentoring.
Mr. Mandal is responsible for long-term perspective planning, leadership training, counselling, integrating parents, children & community, and implementing the institution's social responsibility.
